Our refund and returns policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please return your parcel within 21 days from the day its been delivered. Your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it with all tags and labels attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Used products ,damaged, washed ,or without original tags will NOT be accepted.
EXCHANGE
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please return unwanted item to us and place new order. We will refund for any unwanted items.

DELIVERY
When you process your order we will show you the shipping methods available, the cost and estimated delivery date. We do not ship on weekends and bank holidays. We will ship your order within 3 working days.
International orders – Any customs and / or duty fees are paid by customer. Please visit your local government website for details regarding duty/import fees.
REFUNDS
All refunds will be processed within 3 working days from delivery to us using the same payment method we have received it. To complete your return insert slip into your parcel with your order number , full name and address to locate your order quickly. Return shipping costs are non refundable. Customer pays return cost.
